The Waupaca Farmers Market is primarily funded by grants and business sponsorships. Without your support the farmers market wouldn't be able to offer access to SNAP/EBT (food stamps), events, or expand into a growing market that contributes to a thriving downtonwn economy. Waupaca Farmers Market Sponsorship 

General Sponsorship 

Supports general farmers market operational expenses including promotional/marketing expenses, helps to support events at the market such as music and events and activities for kids, market supplies, costs associated with running the credit card/EBT reader at the market, and funding for our market manager position. All sponsors will have their logo displayed on a flier at the Waupaca Farmers Market Information booth.

Program Sponsorship 

 

$500 Waupaca Farmers Market Website Sponsor-www.waupacafarmersmarket.org

In 2020 we launched a new website that has farm market information on it and is also a place where customers can shop for market items and pickup curbside on market days. On the website our sponsors are acknowledged on the photo slideshow on the home page and on the Sponsors page under the About Us section. Your sponsorship will fund the monthly $29 cost of the website as well as the credit card processing fees charged when a purchase is made.

$2,000 SNAP Incentive Sponsor

The Market will host “Healthy Bucks” double dollar days for SNAP* card users every Saturday. Your sponsorship will fund a match of up to $10 for customers who use their SNAP card at the market during this incentive to be used on SNAP eligible foods. This will help draw SNAP participants to the market and increase their access to local, fresh foods.

*SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) is the program formerly known as food stamps. It is a federal nutrition program that helps those in need stretch their food budget and buy healthy food.
