How It Works

Order Pickup for November and December:
We will be continuing with a biweekly order pickup through November and December! Pickup days are November 7th and 21st and December 5th and 19th and will take place between 10am-12pm. After checking out you will be prompted to sign up for a pickup time. Orders will be picked up in the lobby between the library and city hall.
When will my order be ready?
Orders placed before 11:59pm on the Thursday before the pickup day will be ready for pickup by 10am that Saturday (see chart below). Orders placed after 12:00am Friday will be ready for pickup at the next Saturday pickup (again refer to chart below). Please note that some items are custom made and may require a longer lead time. Our vendors will pick your order with care and drop it off Saturday morning, our market manager will then pack your order and have it ready for you by your pickup time.
Off season pickup will take place in the lobby between the Waupaca Public Library and Waupaca City Hall, 111 S Main Street. Please use the library parking lot when picking up your order.

How do I pickup my order?
After you check out you will be presented with a link to schedule a pickup time. Click on the link for Farmers Market pickup and follow the instructions to schedule your time. During the check out process you can also enter your vehicle make, model, and color in the order notes section.
When you arrive park in the library parking lot, the lot behind the building, and call us at 715.467.7238. We will ask you to provide us with your name and what area of the lot you are parked in. We will bring your order to you and load it into your vehicle.
Do you Offer Delivery?
Yes! During our off season service we will offer delivery for a $5 fee within a 5 mile radius of Downtown Waupaca. If you are paying with a SNAP/EBT card the delivery fee will be waived. Just select local delivery at checkout.

When will my order be ready?

There is no order cut off for ordering prepared food from Grilligans, see below.
The Waupaca Farmers market is located in downtown Waupaca on the square in front of the library, 111 S Main St. Waupaca.
How do I pickup my order?

When you arrive park in a spot around the square and call us at 715.467.7238. We will ask you to provide us with your name and where you are parked. We will bring your order to you and load it into your vehicle. If you prefer to pick up your own order it can be picked up from the Waupaca Farmers Market booth.
Do you offer delivery?
We are offering limited delivery for those customers in Waupaca County that have transportation and/or health barriers. If you are unable to travel to the market, but would like to order for delivery please email farmmarket@cityofwaupaca.org or call 715.467.7238. A minimum order of $25 will be required for delivery.
How does ordering Grilligans to go work?
You can preorder food to pick up from Grilligans during normal market hours, 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Preordering for Grilligans is open all week, including on Saturdays during the market. When ordring on Saturdays please place your order 1 hour in advance of your pickup time.
When checking out select the "Ship" option. When you are prompted to select your "shipping" option, please select Grilligans to Go Pickup. After checkout is completed you will then be presented with a link to schedule a pickup time. Click the link for Grilligans and follow the instructions to schedule your time. Your order will be ready for pickup at the Grilligans food truck at the time you selected.
